Aussies can make great Family Pets for an active Family, don't get an Aussie if you're a couch potato, they need lots of exercise daily. Aussies are very smart, they need that brain stimulated daily and the physical exercise too. Aussies are such Sporty dogs, very fast and so agile. Aussies don't have that doggie smell like most breeds have...bonus right there.
